Thanks for dropping in. Let’s begin with Lane, he is an engineer with the KCS railroad, he does gunsmith work in his spare time, and helps with the dogs when he is at home. He loves to hunt and enjoys teaching the puppies/dogs and horses. Other hobbies include woodworking and metal fabrication, riding horses, and other guy things. I am a cosmetologist and own my shop which is located about 7 miles from home. I have been there since 1993, and really enjoy my job, but with my love for dogs, I have managed to only work out side of the home 2 days a week and spend the rest of the time here at home. I also enjoy riding horses and occasionally going hunting with Lane. We are members of AQHA, APHA, & QSBA. We are also members of the Springhill Baptist Church which is about 3 miles from the house. It is our daily prayer that God can use us to help transform lives in our world. We are proud grandparents and have a wonderful family. Our children are almost grown giving us more time with the furry members of the family. Pictured with us are Foxy, she will be 7 years in October, Kyara, she will be 6 in June and Marley, she will be 1 year in November. |

HOUSE TRAINING TIPS |

The care we provide for our babies. All our babies are raised with lots of love and care.
All of our puppies are started on paper training from 6 week of age or when they are weaned.
We do not allow visitors to come and handle the pups while young, NO EXCEPTIONS. They are current on vaccinations and are de-wormed before leaving for their new homes. Vaccinations start at 6 weeks, and if I have the puppy longer vaccinations are kept current. De-worming starts at 2 weeks old and continue every 2 weeks until they are sold or 3 months old. At 3 months I de-worm once a month. They are raised around other animals and my own grandkids so they are socialized before you get them. When you receive them you will get a health record needed for the future and for their vet visit with your vet. All pups are started out on Eukanuba puppy food, no water added. We encourage you not to switch their food right away as it can cause them to have loose stools. If you do want to change foods, please do so gradually, by adding a little of the new food each day and decreasing the Eukanuba each day. WE DO NOT allow visitors to visit with newborns!! I cannot stress this enough, would you want to buy your pup from a place where there are lookers and buyers coming in and out everyday, MUCH like a pet shop, bringing in disease and who knows what and who knows where they have been looking before and who knows if they've had a pup die from a disease!! PLUS its much too stressful for mom and too dangerous for the babies. At that age there is NOTHING to see. Our litters are generally all sold by the time they reach 9 weeks. We pick our pick of litters normally at 5-6 weeks old. We do not allow our pups to leave our house until they have had their first vaccination, which our vet says is best protection. We do everything in our power to assure you of getting a healthy happy baby!!! Please understand it is best for you to have a strong healthy pup!!! |
